FRESH® beach homes in Puerto Armuelles
White sand, warm Pacific water, and a building system already proven on this coast — our beach villas at Coco Beach are standing today.
Already built, steps from the Pacific.
Puerto Armuelles sits on Panama’s southern Pacific coast in Chiriquí — a relaxed seaside town first developed in 1927 by the United Fruit Company, and one that still carries that early character in its wooden houses. It sits in Panama’s free-trade zone, borders Costa Rica, and has shops, banks and a local hospital, with David — the provincial capital and nearest international airport — within reach.
Just along the shore is the Coco Beach Community: a guarded community of around 145 lots set along more than a kilometer of beach between the sand and a neighbouring palm plantation — and the place where FRESH® beach villas have already been delivered. These are realized, lived-in homes minutes from the ocean, with covered terracess and solar-ready infrastructure.
The steel Kit of Parts carries Alu-Zinc cladding and two layers of marine-grade coating designed to resist exactly the humidity and salt that punish ordinary construction by the sea. And because the system is off-grid ready, a remote beach lot becomes entirely workable with solar and water treatment integrated from the start.
Engineered for salt and sun.
Salt-air engineered

Cool against the sun
High-performance insulation and cross-ventilation keep beach interiors comfortable and cut cooling costs.
Off-grid ready
Solar and water treatment integrate from day one — ideal for remote beach lots short on services.
