FRESH® replaces slow, unpredictable block-and-mortar building with an engineered “Kit of Parts”: a heavy-gauge galvanised steel frame and high-performance insulated panels, prefabricated in a factory and assembled on your site. The result is a home that’s faster to build, more predictable to price, and built to outlast Panama’s sun, salt, storms and earthquakes.
The system was developed in collaboration with the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá — the country’s leading technological university — so the engineering behind your home is grounded in real research, not guesswork.

Because the steel Kit of Parts and panels are prefabricated, the structure is assembled on site in weeks rather than months, on a fixed timeline you get in writing.
The steel uses Alu-Zinc cladding plus a two-layer marine-grade coating specifically to resist coastal humidity and salt — the same system standing today at our Coco Beach villas.
